Report of the 32nd Annual World Missions Conference
"Redreaming the Dream!"
July 21 - 25, 2007
North Shelby Baptist Church, Birmingham, Alabama
Thank you to all who attended and participated in the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Tom Cox World Ministry. We had many of our Prayer Partners in attendance. They came from Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, Idaho, Missouri, Kentucky, Florida and Arkansas.
We are grateful for the wonderful music that was presented. Thank you to the choirs from First Baptist of Pell City, First Baptist Church of Center Point, Hilldale Baptist of Center Point and the choir of the home church, North Shelby Baptist Church. The preaching was a great blessing. The Breakout Sessions were well attended and were led by members of the North American Mission Board, the International Mission Board, and the leadership of Tom Cox World Ministry. It was good to have Ken and Linda Bowie, full-time missionaries to Chile, with us on Sunday. There were 14 Sunday School classes taught by TCWM partners and staff on Sunday morning.
July 24, we had a wonderful Trustee Meeting where substantial gifts were given making it possible to develop a strong on-going ministry in Uganda.
