The Tom Cox Evangelistic Association was organized in 1971 with the distinct purpose of taking the Gospel to people in the United States and Around the World who have seldom or never heard the Gospel of Jesus our Savior.
Since that time, teams have been sent by the Tom Cox Evangelistic Association to 114 countries of the world. At this time they have on-going mission strategies in India, Russia, Peru, Kenya, Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, and Mexico. The ministry is sending approximately ten teams a year to International Mission Points.
Tom and Kay Cox have personally served in over 1,400 "Revival Crusades" in 49 of the United States. They made a promise to the Lord to spend at least three months each year on the "North American Mission Field," which they have fulfilled since 1981. They are in 40-50 churches each year in America.
Tom and Kay have been active "Mission Evangelists" since 1981. They are preaching, music and children's evangelists. They have made 15 Gospel recordings and have sung before many Associational and State Meetings and twice before the Southern Baptist Convention. Kay has a strong Children's Ministry, she has produced two children's albums and we have seen thousands of children come to know the Lord through her ministry.
Tom served two terms as President of the Conference of Southern Baptist Evangelists from 1995-1997. They are charter members and have both served as officers for the Fellowship of Baptist World Ministries (an autonomous group working with the International Mission Board, SBC, to lead strategic short-term mission teams around the world).
TCWM has continued to expand their international reach; and has grown to be one of the most effective evangelism, missions strategy, and short-term missions mobilization organizations in North America. TCWM is a US 501c3 non-profit organization and is also incorporated in Southeast Asia.
